What are the sizes of the shirts?

We have a pretty wide range of sizes. You can see the specific measurements HERE. Be sure to check the sizing before you order. A good idea is to measure a piece of clothing you have that fits well and compare to the measurements of the item.

What if my shirt arrived with the print looking a little wonky?

Let us know right away with pictures! We will send you a replacement ASAP.

What’s your return policy?

We hope you think your shirt is as awesome as you expected it to be! Sometimes things happen, though, so if it arrives damaged or you just don’t like it (sad), let us know within 21 days of item receipt. We can arrange for a return or replacement.

The shirt must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition to be accepted for a return or exchange. In order to avoid possible returns, be sure to look at all the images and info provided on the product page - these show the detailed image, the design placement on the shirt, and anything else that’s important (distressed design, etc). Also be sure to look at the size chart - sometimes things run larger or smaller than you expect based on just the size, so the measurements really come in handy when ordering online.

Let me ask you a question about shipping…

Currently we only ship to the US, but hopefully we will add more countries in the future.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95, regardless of what you order.

It take about 3-7 days for your shirt to leave the printer, and it ships USPS. Shipping times are unfortunately largely out of our control. We don’t like it, but we can’t do anything about the mail. We plan, however, for you to receive your item in about two weeks from the time you order it. Most items are printed and shipped from Oregon, so your distance from there will affect ship times.

At certain times of the year (especially holidays), it may take longer for you to receive your items. However, if it’s been a while with no items in sight, please contact us so we can fix it. We want you to get your amazing shirts.

Why don’t you sell your shirts cheaper?

We had to make a choice between using a more expensive printer company that does a great job, or a less expensive one that is not so great. We think you’ll agree that it’s worth an extra couple bucks to get a shirt that looks awesome. No one wants to open their mail and see Disappointment (the final boss).

Something isn’t working on the site!

First, check and make sure your browser is updated. Also make sure your firewall isn’t blocking a popup or page for some reason. After that, try clearing cookies.
